The fps drops depends on system specifications,but if you have low end laptopor pc, it will be faster,but it can cause instability and it wont update(windows updates) ,even if you have high end pc,and the compatible specifications for installing windows 11 the fps gain will not be much,also there are many bugs in windows 11,and how i know cheat is working only in windows 10,so i reccomend you to wait some time when they fix all the bugs,and etc..

No, windows 11 is good optimized.It is very smooth for Intel proccessor, but it buggy for AMD proccessor.
