Çözüldü Is my pc got spyware?

So its start with my computer cant access Windows defender cause by "this setting managed by Administrator" and many settings cant be opened, so i tried to open regedit and explore it, i Found file name Spyware i surprised and there is many "ADMX_..." file, it says "Disable antispyware, disable real time monitoring", and many more disable command on windows defender folder, u guys know what is that? and how to fix my pc?

Let try malwarebytes anti-virus. Its freaking good.
Notice: Load into safe mode first then open malwarebytes and Scan

it help but, its also do nothing about them and still cant use windows defender settings, and spyware file still there

try reinstall window

Bro if reinstalling windows doesn't help try resetting whole windows and start fresh.

If you're scared that you've got some virus/malware or spyware, temprorarily install malwarebytes and use it for a while.

Bro go to recovery options and reinstall windows by removing everything clean, u will get rid of this , i suppose a virus has entered ur system.

I REALLY THANK TO YOU GUYS, now my pc is clean as a new and unban all those banned game hehe, once again THANKSS GUYSSS
but i have 1 more isse that disable my windows key

back up your system and perform full restore or reformat ur pc
