Kill unnecessary tasks from task manager and make sure that your cpu usage is between 40% to 70%

You'll find a lot of tutorials on YouTube to fix it, but briefly you should select an amount of RAM that is almost half your computer RAM, and half the CPU cores so that you don't overload the PC. Also you can tweak NVIDIA settings somehow to have more FPS and less lag.

If you have not encountered this problem before, search on YouTube for a solution. If that does not work, try to uninstall it and install it again or make a new Windows.
