what i did back in the day is play in 1.6 CS vs expert bots or Aim lab now these day try to be faster and better

aimlab helps a bit , but mostly u have to play the game as much as possible and modes like deathmatch

Playing alot when you're shit and getting killed all day doesnt really work, i think that training a bit for headshots atleast is better

Download AIM LAB on steam or go to 3DAimtrainer via browser. Fix your Crosshair placement it's very important do not look down.

Im gold in valorant atm I was bronze like two weeks Ago haha, aimlabs isnt that good because of the movement issue which you dont really have when using the valorant training grounds
