Yes that's what we got when we play it with low specs pc/laptop, if you want to play it in higher fps then you must upgrade your pc/buy new gaming laptop

It still ran on ultra settings on my 2060, game recommended settings are very weird. There is actually no defined way how a developer defines "recommended" and "mininum" requirements.
