I already did it for him but the images are a little bit blurry. He wants HD version but it's almost impossible... RIP

yeah. Or you have to save each picture manually with some macros for HD version

I'm trying to download a document on google drive but I can't download it because the owner has turned off the download feature.

try using inspect tool.if you want to download images.
