I think you have Windows 10: Home version which doesn't support Hyper-V. you need to get either windows 10 enterprise, pro or education. Press Win+R and type 'winver' and send me the screenshot

Actually, the problem is that he is not having hyper-v in the windows features mode, which means his windows version doesn't support it. I was having same problem running another hack, so a friend of mine told me to enable hyper-v, that fixed my problem, same thing I'm trying on Tensai, his just need to enable hyper-v if he wants his hack to run

here your answer blue screen make sure use correct window version . try your window 10 Pro x64 better for you
