If you're a wrist user, you'll need a high sensitivity as you have a pretty small area of motion. But if you're a arm user, you'll have a larger area of motion so you can play on a pretty low sensitivity. The average DPI for people playing with wirst is 1600 DPI, while the average DPI for people playing with arm is 400-800 DPI.
