Internal Cheats cannot be hidden on recording IMO. I have tried both External and Internal Cheats and only the External Cheat can be hidden on video recording.

Well If I were you I wouldnt search any other products for work with our cheat. It will trigger to get ban.

Just get a controller and use the glitch where you get aim assist from controller while using keyboard. It's a slight advantage but it's there.
