I am facing this problem while installing Logitech G_HUB.
I accidentally turn of installer during download and when I open it again it seems like this

Uninstall this. brother download the old version then install old version then update it ok

are you downloading for pubg hack or you have logitech mouse

Search on google and install the Hub version 2021.13.2906 , it`s for the best ( on this one LUA script still works )
