I want an answer, if i plays with a friend and I use cheats and he doesn't... does he take ban?

no but if its a ranked match he might lost his rank for each match

thats true i tested it with 5 account , and acc lvl 20 have more chance to not get band

you are going to get ban man, dont use it on your main account....gives ban after 1 or 2 games
