Also depends where you live, in my area C# is sought after (If you're from the US you pretty much will find a job with what ever language you choose) but then again with the it industry
progressing you will need to learn multiple languages to stand out from other candidates.
I'd say generally Python is the best to learn first as it's one of the easier languages to learn hence you can get a job faster.

python is easy for anyone with no knowledge in programming and is a multipurpose language, i love c so if i would start again id go with it (or c# in your case), but in fact it really depends on what you want to do. but if you dont know where you want to go anywhere is good enough
