In my opinion yes

Alcohol only makes me “happy” while I'm consuming and with friends it's this social aspect of alcohol that I enjoy
Weed never made me truly happy and I'm only able to consume weed at home and usually when I'm alone and often that's something that triggers my anxiety and makes me feel bad so it's a drug that I like to avoid.
And I don't see any reason to why it shouldn't be legalized.

What truly makes me happy is the sensation of accomplishment I love to wake up early in the morning and be able to do the things that I need and want to do and usually Adderall helps me a lot
