We are talking about this Sion R when u take drastic turns right? If I would be a Riot member I would've banned such people bcs is it a bug it is bug abusing and if not it's clearly scripting. That's how I see it I think it's too dangerous to even test it out.

That could be bcs people forget to rep players, I had this too I saw players scripting soooo hard (I'm scripting myself but I don't make it too obviously) and I forgot to rep them bcs of all the rage xD yeah I lost but well I think u know what point I'm trying too tell here.
