If you still have doubts, even with recommendations, I recommend that you play aram, using each core for a whole game, and paying attention to the deviation.. so I believe you will find which one fits you best.

Windprediciton constatly hits skillshots unlike OKTW

Yeah I personally prefere Wind. But dont use it on champs like Xerath to obvious because it is very noticeable
