yeah On euw server I get 200ms + but on Garena sg its normal don't. But sometimes even without the loader and windsharp the pings are 200ms+ so I don't think I can confidently blame the loader and scripts.

clean ur caches press ctrl+f5 and clean temp file and use good google dns server ip

Its for sure your internets problem, Scripts dont interfere with your connection at all, only the processes.
