Çözüldü I can't use MemoryUI

I can't use MemoryUI.
It shows error message /xstatus fail

I tried windscribe VPN, changed ip to Turkey as in this forum MemoryUI xstatus fail error but still getting the same error message /xstatus fail

Hello

1- Adblocker, Windows Security, Antivirus programs, Riot Vanguard and FaceIT Anticheat close them all.
2- Install this two programs down below
2.1-

(unzip and run install_all.bat file with admin rights.)
3- Clear %temp% , temp and prefetch folders.
4- Try with another web browser.
