Firstly you need to confirm your E-mail. After that follow the down below steps.
1- Adblocker, Windows Security, Antivirus programs, Riot Vanguard and FaceIT Anticheat close them all.
2- Install this two programs down below

3- Clear %temp% , temp and prefetch folders.
