1- Adblocker, Windows Security, Antivirus programs, Riot Vanguard and FaceIT Anticheat close them all.
2- Install this two programs down below
2.1-

3- Clear %temp% , temp and prefetch folders
4- Restart your computer and try again. If you keep getting the same error, install an older version of Windows eg Windows 10 1909 etc.

if it's not working then uninstall vanguard faceit anti cheat on your control panel or try to downgrade your window 10 use
second if its game league of legend we not support that version you try to find hotfix to load cheat
