| I am on 21H2 and have loaded the driver which i think is Load Driver ].bat

Probably your antivirus or windows defender has blocked the loading. Don't forget executing with administrator privileges.

Because 1709 doesn't have guarded region and you're loading a driver to bypass it. Upgrade your Windows to 20H2 or 21H1.

Because the driver of your avast are running in Kernel and blocking the driver to load even after you disable it. Make a clean uninstall of your avast and then restart your computer, try again and post the feedback here.
USAGE
Download it and extract to the same folder
Run the bat file called "Load Driver" as admin
Run Valorant
Run the Valorant.exe aka cheat which you extracted
Download > = Detected / Not Working
when its improve i will update again
