Kog'maw is not in the meta right now unless you have a duo support like lulu

Maybe the problem is your in game knowledge/decision making or you're not that aggressive on laning phase. I am a Challenger support main since season 8 (without scripts, I started to play with scripts just this season) many diamond-challenger players have a very fast decision making and you can't just counter that by just playing good/with scripts, I recommend you to replay every game and think where did you go wrong and apply the solution to the next game while scripting. Hope that helps!
