They Support cheat only global version game / other version not support like Korean VN like this so please use official global version then enable direct X setting on emulator use it. If error still here just try uninstall all of GameLoop files and install again.

i reinstalled the gameloop and pubg from 0 and the same error

sometimes it just has to do with the update. wait for the update to happend it usually takes 2-3 days.
