There are a bunch of other sites like probuilds for this. The cheat basically does not change anything, but at a low rating, when the cheat gives you a big advantage, you can change the assembly yourself ... But it also depends on the situation you feel. And on these sites, you can simply put the rating lower and there will be other assemblies.
If you can't find a satisfactory build anywhere, experiment for yourself. It is best to carefully reread all the runes and properties of suitable AD items. You can make your own custom build based on your play style. In general, I think that Fiora is just a weak champion at the moment.
