Çözüldü LPReborn bhhbi.exe has stopped working

Please, I need help, my LPReborn is crashing when I start, the message appears: bhhbi.exe has stopped working. I correctly installed Visual-C-Runtimes all versions.
My windows version: 7 Ultimate x64 - 8GB Ram, Core i7.
Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

we can not support loader on window 7 or 8 / updgrade ur window use 10 x64 1809 to 20h2
