yes you only need ot safe once and it will stay same everytime oyu reopen chet and if you want to restore to deuft settigns press windows key + r and type %appdata% in the litte windows witch will open and in the same play you can replcae or remove LPRB folder to either make config to default or you cna put another already made config there
