I' m new and I'm in China which brings me a problem:though I use VPN , I can't use memory hack (like the picture I give）
I think it's github's reason .When I use fastgithub it'll be solved(but the speed is too slow....)
whatt should I do?

You can use VPN but use contury Turkey if u want to load cheat ok
download windscribe chose country use cheat
you can use this dns sever ip in rotuer
8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4
