What helped me the most was playing on a daily schedule. Like Playing after work for two or three games and stop if i see that i jsut dont performe this day and time. Maybe this can be helpfull for you aswell. Just get two accs. One where you climb and tryhard, and one where you go jsut 4fun when u only loose.
