You have multiple cfg's for apex low end pc's, try them out, very helpful.

Id suggest you to get a pc with at least 3060~ to be able to play competitive.

3060 ti with a decent cpu would be nice for 1080p-2k, although if you want a 60 fps experience then I'd suggest you stick to low res(1366x768) because 1050 ti and RX 570 cannot benefit from a smooth experience in 1080p in Apex Legends, mostly in intensive areas or while in a battle.
