Facebook wont reset my password

Hello guys, i have a bit of a problem here... So somebody hacked my account and changed my email and password
I got my email back to default (mine) but when i wanted to reset my password facebook just said they cant because of some limit.
So i waited 24 hours as they said tried again but the error is still there.
So i basically still have my account but i just cant change the password can anybody help?
And yes i tried sending that verification code like 14 times (16 to be exact) and there was just some other error.
Any help will be helpful

you just need to turn on 2-step verification and exit all previous app login sessions

go to Facebook help center and talk with them they will solve it within an hour

Go to support center and contact support team

Use another email or phone number to sign in You can return to your Facebook account by using the alternate email or mobile number listed on your account. good luck

can't you just reset pass or email?
