I beg to differ. My account is high level and also I play on phone some times. Still on emulator it gives me 10 mins ban when someone *Reports* me. I've tried it myself. When someone is playing better than expected I report them and they got insta ban after my report

every time i kill someone who is reported as a 10 min band, it happens continuously, i can't finish a game, it's so frustrating
