I'm at a loss myself, most of the methods I've tried got me banned, from manipulating the config file to unlock resolutions and higher frame rates, to adjusting the network packets to get a smoother and faster gameplay, but apparently that's cheating according to pubg, yet they lock the frames with each new update they release, sheeesh.
