For changing the motherboard serial and uuid, you need to use AMIDEWIN. For mac address you can use Tmac. For the ip address you can restart your router and you'll get a new one as long as you have a dynamic ip. For monitor id serial you can use CRU. And for a clean install you need to format and delete all partitions on your disk during the installation of windows. I can't guarantee this method will work for you, but it does for me. I'm on a B450 board from MSI, running in CSM mode without TPM.

It's easy if you have AMI (American Megatrends Inc.) BIOS. Just changing the serial number, uuid, ip address, mac address, monitor id serial and clean installing windows works for me
