Step 2 - Create a smurf account and just play with the champion you learned in step 1

Choose another one, another tip is: try to dont pick "famous champions" in iron like Yasuo, Zed, Yone

My personal recommendations: Qiyana, Gragas, Ekko and Talon

But the champion you pick dont matter, once you master him you will climb

i understand your point i been playing for a year actually i get bored of dota i play several champions but the basic problem is that i have always bad team mate and there is no way to climb i can play solo all day but my team never want to win
