I tested both and honestly I liked the WS better, it may not have all the champions configured, but it has the ones that ~load~ so to speak, the LP has support pros and a few others.
Another good side of the WS is that the evade is much smoother and easier to configure, the LP you put GuessWho and everyone already knows, even the windevade is a little strange. I honestly think so.

Lp is simpler to use, WS reborn you need to know how to configure it to be able to use it effectively

both are good, you just have to find which one is better for you.Ws it's better for me and I never got banned from either
