Better to check troubleshooting tab I have not encountered this error yet make sure no 3rd party apps are interfering

it happened to me once , i used VPN and it's works , but be aware that maybe counts as u give your account to someone else because is change your location

Try to repair ur battlefield 4 files
make sure ur antivirus is off (and any other malware things)
what is ur winver?

i open ui app and click on load then the app just closed by itself and i have to reopen the app,then when i start the engine it says "Pending Transaction"
