accounts stays banned forever you cant recover it ,
but you can fool vanguard and remove your hardware ban, if you spoof perfectly and clean install windows, change bios version and all ...

You are not followimg steps correcty this works amd tested by atbleats 20 people and more working so yoi can sit and complain that it dosnt work or actually say what yku did and get help instead kf complaining

works 100 percent if you have a nice cleaner and disk spoofer or just use Raid 0 method tested and working without delay ban
