I know about 20 people using memoryhackers cheats for Cyber Hunter. Why shouldn't it be updated if this cheat has so many problems?

The game is just dead on the PC, I knew some people who used the Cyber Hunter cheat from MH, but the game has hardly any players left 90% of the rounds are just bots.
If you can prove me wrong, I'll take it all back.
