Using a script just to use these functions, what is the ban risk? No evade, obrwalking and etc...

I've already been banned just for having an "open" script tool on my pc, I didn't inject or anything and the account was banned, if riot detects the platform you can be banned even using only those two options you mentioned.

if the script is undedected when you use it, you're good to go. for ex. wsreborn is undedected right now.

its always a possibility , but what will get you baned its almost 100% evade, if u dont use it, it will be hard to get banned

The most risky is evade, they can report you and replay your match, if its too obvius they can ban you.

There is always a risk of getting banned.
But for now u can use it, probaly no one is gonna report u when u dont use Evade.
U cant Notice a Scripter who just Hit spells.
