You have to uninstall the update 22H2 and after that if you restart your computer, it'll go back to 21H2, 20H2 or 2004

Or you just install windows 20h2 iso amd isntall it will remove all your data though

You can install the windows on a usb and then reinstall windows like you are doing a reformat... I can send a good iso but I don't think memoryhackers allow external links so I suggest you to look for it in youtube or somewhere else
