Man, thats difficult.... Cause, yes, time will change you. But will not be fast. Things will start to happen in your life, and you change little by little.
You start to see that its not worth to getting upset about certain things.
I mean, life shows you, things that changes you.

You dont exactly kill your emotion you control it killing it would bring you more harm than good also try meditating if you're very short tempered it helps a lot based on my experiences i dont get angry as often as i do before and even if i do get angry its only for like 2-3 seconds and im fine again
