Çözüldü Ezreal Recall/Base ult

I've noticed few days ago that when people recall in fog it's no more detected, and when I play Ezreal/Jinx it doesn't use R for recall/base ult even if they are killable and I have to use it myself So I was wondering if I'm the only one facing this issue, is it a bug? and if not, how can I fix it?

This is pstched by riot and its not a bug there is no solution

i hope wsreborn update the recall tracker so i can use again baseult
