Thanks to all the people who helped me. I successfully injected and loaded. I tried many methods, but none of them worked. Finally, it was successfully solved by reinstalling the 1909 version of the w10 system mentioned in the forum search

You can use with hotfix or when version match riot servers version

actually not, the only supported servers are riot versions.
