Top lane is the hardest to carry from it feels like the lane is separated from the whole map and after the teleport changes they really lost impact on the map they can't rotate for early dragons and they can't play the lane if the enemy jgl is camping.
However when it comes to bot lane they can rotate to dragon fast help jgl with the early invades bot side and the support can roam and if they win they are not only putting 1 player behind like top lane but 2 players the adc and support

it depends actually because before the tp changes if a fight is going on bot and they are in the middle of the lane top laners were able to tp to a minion and turn the fight into a 3v2 or 3v3 but now they can't use it and most of them just rush ignite to win the lane and snowball hard

Some pros of top lane are that if you are ahead in your lane, you can easily carry the game, but some of its cons are that if you die in your lane a lot of times, you're guaranteed to lose your lane. Unlike in bot lanes, even if you're not ahead, it is easy to just scale and look for kill opportunities in team fights like drake fights (you can easily respond because your lane is not that far from the drake) or get some free kills if the enemy team made a mistake in roaming or something like that. For me, it's easier to carry in the bot lane. Some cons of bot lane are that if you don't know how to position, even if you're fed, there's a 90% chance you'll die, and AD Carry right now is too squishy that even tanks can one-shot them.
