Why Riot doesn't make Ranked ARAM?

I think ARAM is one of those game modes which are not highly competitive and more of a fun game mode to mess around in. Rank system for it wont be any competitive or fun to play in.

Some of the players start playing ARAM and it may disrupt the game order.

Its planned, there already talked about a Aram Ranked mode.
Maybe it will come later this Season or next Season.

riot dont show aram ranked what was a short game

Probably because it would split the player base to half the other plays normal ranked while the other plays aram ranked which will increase the queue time in both
