Smite or ignite with WSReborn

Can someone tell me how WSReborn uses smite or ignite? I have been using ignite or smite and WSReborn wont use it for me. What do I need to do in order to make use of it?

it's buggy with me it's the same thing even though everything is activated he only uses it when he wants to so I prefer to use it manually
