Does RITO ever hwid ban?

No they dont HWID ban, i've gotten banned on 2 - 3 accounts the others still work. They only ban the account, and if you use it to a moderately safe rate that account wont get banned. My new cheat account has reached lvl 50+ no ban.

There is no hiwb ban only account on lol and this is undetected so you wint get banned unless you are ovious and get reported

No they dont do hwid ban on league and as said before by others you shouldnt use any cheat on your main account if youre scared of losing it no cheat is 100% undetected

Probably not, the cheat is undetected but that doesnt mean that you cant get reported, even if the anti-cheat cant detect it, when you doge like faker and hit every skill-shot it's a bit suspicious xD

In valorant yes , but in lol they only ban account and you need to clear logs/traces.

well yes and no hwid ban is not impelmented in lol but hwid ban is thing happen in very cases and it's always manually so don't worry about it unless you are a popular streamer using script
