Why btw? Can't you just update your game?

well i think it's about the server itself the guy is playing in , like garena for example it need spcial modificationto the game file in order make script work(hotfix) cuz it's built based on normal servers(the scirpt) such as euw,eun,na etc ... or sometimes the scipt is one patch ahead (or behind)of the game in some servers therefore they need to hotfix thier game in orde to make it .
