If you want to use cheats released here you need to install 32-bit gameloop, for performance wise 64-bit preforms better than 32-bit because of larger address space etc. You don't have good components to begin with so I don't think that doesn't matter much.

In order to use the cheats provided here, you'll need to install the 32-bit version of Gameloop. However, in terms of performance, 64-bit tends to be better than 32-bit due to a larger address space, etc. That said, if you don't have high-quality components to begin with, it may not make much of a difference.
