Do you guys ever buy the boots? I have never spent a penny trying to build a boot accessory, I know it increases the speed of champion but I feel like if I replace the boots slot with lifesteal, thats even better. What do you guys think?

Doesn't it hella depend on who you are playing against and which champ you are playing with? Boots of swiftness is sure not good even on blitzcrank but mobility boots are very good on all roam supports. That puny movement speed from base boots might allow you to dodge a skillshot. Buy them early when you can, sell them if you can build 6th item.
Be specific.

I mean boots are hella important if you're roaming the map to help out your teammates early/mid game. But late game you can sell it since you don't need to roam that much.
