Im using 1660 Ti and 16gb ram and I can get 144 FPS easily with Core i5 12th gen

You should upgrade to a 2050 or 2080, they are not that expensive and probably no longer exist.

You need to watch panjno fps boost videos on apex legends. I have gtx 960 and I am running apex on 150 + fps consistent. Before I used to get around 60

The GTX 660 and i5-490 are fairly outdated components and may struggle to run Apex Legends smoothly. It's unlikely that you will be able to achieve a stable 60 fps with this setup, even on low graphics settings.
